He has been in medical practice since the 1970s and continues today with offices in Tacoma and Gig Harbor, Washington. Dr. Dean was the first surgeon in Tacoma, WA with specialty training in robotic surgery for prostate cancer. He is on the leading edge of modern medical technology and also embraces the wisdom of the ancient teachings of Ayurveda and the role of diet in the development of disease including prostate cancer.
